The Derma Medical 4 uses the most advanced digital technology and comes equipped with the modern Paramedical hand-piece. This pen is extremely accurate, very quiet and vibration free. The needle pressure and incision frequency can be set with total precision and are digitally controlled. As a result, incisions are the same size, depth and are placed the same distance apart.

Ecuri’s Paramedical Handpiece contains patented technology that makes pigmenting even easier. While the most commonly-used grip pens are equipped with a needle that maintains a constant speed, the needle on Ecuri’s Paramedical Hand piece accelerates when penetrating the skin and slows down when retracting from the skin.

Derma Medical 4: The device

The LCD screen indicates what type of treatment you have selected with the corresponding speed, which needle formation is connected on the hand piece and in which mode the Intelligent Quality Technology is set. The hand piece and the device constantly exchange information with one another. A special sensor measures needle pressure and skin resistance.

The Ecuri intelligent hand piece has a sensor which measures the resistance of the skin. Each selected mode increases or declines needle speed, needle pressure and needle length adjusted to the type of treatment, needle formation and technique.

The hand piece comes standard with the latest Derma Medical 4. This hand piece has the same features as the Ecuri hand piece plus a microchip with Intelligent Technology as an extra feature. This technology is the latest version of the skin resistance sensor and increases or declines needle pressure, speed and length according to the type of treatment and selected needle formation and technique
